Cas Holmes exhibits in Tunbridge Wells

Cas Holmes' Domestic Mapping, with Anne Kelly, is on at the Trinity Arts Centre Tunbridge Wells from 21st March-2nd April.The exhibition focuses on using found materials and vintage fabrics as part of a narrative process inspired by travel, memory and the local environment.

There will be a Meet the Artist Session on Wednesday 23rd March 5.30-7.30pm.


Cas is also taking part in Drawing with Thread at the Shire Hall Gallery, Stafford from 5th March until 23rd April. Further details at: 

Cas did her Fellowship in The history and decorative application of Japanese papermaking in 1984.

 

Fellow narrates Handel concert

Handel in Italy, a concert at St James's Piccadilly on Friday 18th March 2011, will include readings from Roger Sydenham, a Fellow of 2009. Roger's Fellowship was on Handel in Italy and he will be joined by the choral scholars of St-Martin-in-the-Fields and Soprano, Fiona Jessica Wilson.

 

Fellow exhibits at Campden Gallery, Gloucestershire

Jeremy Gardiner will be exhibiting his Coastal Landscapes of Cornwall and Dorset at the Campden Gallery, Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire from Saturday 23rd October to Sunday 14th November.
 

Fellows Present at Dance & Dementia Conference

Fellows Richard Coaten and Fergus Early from this year's The Arts & Older People category, will be participating in the Memory - The National Conference on Dance & Dementia on 10/11 December in Liverpool. Book now to avoid disappointment and to benefit from the early bird booking fees.
 

Fellow invited to speak at the US Fire Museums National Conference

During his Fellowship to the US to look at The display, archiving and preservation of fire service history, Michael Kernan was elected a Charter Member of the US National Fire Heritage Centre. He has since been invited to present a paper "Fire Heritage in the UK" to the 2010 National Conference of the US Fire Museums Network, which he will do in October this year.
