Antony Jinman’s Fellowship took him to Baffin Island in Canada, where he spent time living with Inuit communities in Qiitiqtaruaq, documenting their way of life and recording their thoughts and experiences of climate change. Following his trip to the Arctic, Antony set up Education through Expeditions (ETE) and is now bringing the Arctic into classrooms around the country. Will Millard's Fellowship in 2011 aimed to explore the historic inter-tribal trade connection between the Papuan interior and its coastline. Since then Will has begun a successful career as a BBC presenter, with his first series ‘Hunters of the South Seas‘ being nominated for both Best Series and Best Presenter at the 2015 Grierson awards, and shortlisted for best series in the 2016 Broadcast awards. Nick Danziger's graphic account of his hair-raising Fellowship adventures in 1982, tracing the silk route to China, became an immediate best-seller and has been reprinted nearly two-dozen times since it was first published.
