We have a keen and enthusiastic committee who organise at least 4 meetings a year with a brief to move the venue for each meeting around our region. With such a large area, covering Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire it is important to find locations that allow us to enjoy the many and varied parts of our region. From the Shuttleworth Collection in Bedfordshire and the colleges of Cambridge to the Army Air Corp at Wattisham we have been privileged to be invited into each of them. From Holkham Hall in north Norfolk to the Royal Gunpowder Mills in Waltham Abbey and many places between – we have visited a goodly number of fascinating places. Fellows from other regions are always welcome to join us, please let us know in advance. The cruise has been arranged jointly with the South East Association and will take place aboard MV Princess Pocahontas. We will depart from Gravesend at 11am and return at 4pm.
