Full time, Salary £24,000, based in Westminster.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, inspiring charity that works to transform lives across the UK through a unique and inspiring programme of travel grants. As the Administrator, you will be an integral part of the team; supporting the annual selection process, assisting applicants and grantees with their queries and managing the administrative aspects of Fellowship programme.

We are currently looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join our organisation as the Administrator on a permanent basis.

The Churchill Fellowship funds inspiring individuals to travel the world in search of solutions for today’s most pressing problems. Our Fellows research the UK’s key challenges – marine pollution, gang crime, food poverty, homelessness and more. They come back with new ideas to make change happen in their professions and communities, transforming lives in every area of society.

Our ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in people, a personable manner on the phone and in person, impeccable attention to detail and a proven ability to successfully manage varied and competing demands. They will have high IT literacy and take pride in maintaining high standards in their work. They will also enjoy working as a part of a small team and will be enthusiastic about meeting new people and learning about the innovative work of our Fellows.
