East Midlands Association Annual lunch and AGM
On Saturday 12th October 2019 the East Midlands Association will host their annual lunch and AGM at The Earl of Chesterfield in Shelford.
This year's lunch and AGM will take place in Shelford, about 4 miles north-east of Nottingham, close to the Lincolnshire border. The Earl of Chesterfield is a popular village gourmet pub (owned by the cricketer Chris Broad) and has a renowned local chef. There will also be fascinating presentations by recent Fellows.
The invitation is for one Fellow and one guest per Fellow. If you would like to invite extra guests, the Association will add them to the reserve list.
The East Midlands Association will meet the cost of two courses + tea/coffee for each Fellow. Guests will be required to pay.
The set menu will have several choices for each course and costs £16.95 for two courses or £19.95 for three. Fellows should pay in advance for any extra courses they would like and for their guest's meal. Everyone will buy their own drinks.
Menus, dietary requests and requests for payment will be sent out by Ken Parker in September, but expressions of interest are needed now please.
As usual, places will be allocated on a "first come first served" basis.
Please email [email protected] before Sunday 18 August 2019 with the following details:
