Ray Williams receives prestigious rugby award

Ray Williams, whose 1970 Fellowship looked into Rugby Union organisation and coaching, has been awarded the Vernon Pugh Award for distinguished service.
The award, given by the International Rugby Board, is one of the highest accolades the world governing body can offer.
Ray was appointed as Wales's first full-time coaching organiser in 1967, and is credited with revolutionising rugby coaching.
