Exploring the impact of gender-sensitive approaches to youth offending

This report identifies five principles for building a gender-sensitive response to youth offending in general, and abuse between young people specifically, built upon policy and practice encountered in New Zealand, Australia and Brazil. Principles include changing and engaging communities, creating safety, enabling youth leadership and developing acknowledging the cultural tapestries of young people's lives and communities.
