I am a 2015 Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Fellow. I visited the Champion Centre in New Zealand to explore their relationship- based early intervention services for children with complex disabilities. I am a Board Member of EURYLAID and a member of the editorial board for Infants and Young Children. I am also an external examiner at the Universities of Bath Spa and Wolverhampton and a Trustee of Aston Tower Multi Academy Trust. I am Module Manager for the Child Development Module of the Children in Integrated Professional Services Degree course and supervise Masters and PhD students. I am also Vice Chair of the Faculty Ethics Committee. I am widely published in the areas of early childhood and disability and have presented my research nationally and internationall, most recently in New Zealand.
