Darren Parker is currently Head of Development and Regeneration in one of London’s largest housing associations where he leads a team of development and project managers delivering a portfolio of mixed-tenure housing and regeneration schemes. He has past experience in private consultancy roles and also working for government agencies, including CABE, the government's former advisor on architecture, urban design and public space. He holds a Masters degree in Urban Regeneration from the Bartlett School of Planning, part of University College London, and an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Politics from Warwick University. He is politically active in his community and volunteers as the chair of the board of trustees for the Manor House Development Trust, a charity providing economic and social regeneration activities to residents on the Woodberry Down Estate in north London.
