Jonathan McGoh

In 2008 I founded The Reach Foundation, a charity set up to address educational disadvantage, where I am currently the chair of trustees. We are developing a cradle to career model for local children and families around the school I co-founded in 2012, Reach Academy Feltham. We aspire to spread our cradle to career model nationally. More recently I partnered with two filmmakers who were looking for a setting to make a film on the subject of educational disadvantage, to found Mercurial Pictures Ltd and produce ‘H is for Harry,’ a documentary which was released in 2018/19. I set up my first company, Reach Cambridge Ltd, in 2004 to run summer schools and study abroad experiences for international students. In 2007-8 I spent a year at McGill University studying social entrepreneurship as a Sauvé Scholar. As a Winston Churchill Fellow and a Sauvé Fellow, I believe in lifelong learning and have focussed my time on the transformative potential of education, travel and storytelling.
