A loving, inspiring and enthusiastic individual whose infectious smile is enough to bedazzle you into being the change you want to see. Having worked in some of the “toughest” boroughs in London with the most hard to reach children and families as a Youth Worker, Family Support Worker, Girls Specialist within the Criminal Justice System & a Life Coach she has the qualifications, expertise, life skills & knowledge to influence positive change. Karis graduated from Goldsmith University in 2011 with a 2:1 degree in Applied Social Science, Community Development & Youth Work. Her personal story is one of tragedy and triumph in education that many young people can relate to. In 2015 Karis quit her job as a Criminal Justice Girls Specialist; she went on to create an organisation which engages young women to build the confidence & resilience needed to redefine leadership through creative new experiences.
