I'm the Director of a small consultancy company. I've been a member or leader of over 20 major caving expeditions including to the Bausumtau Wall in Uzbekistan, with a Russian expedition, leading a team of 10 UK cavers for which I received my Fellowship in 1990. For 30 years, toghether with 3 friends, I have organised a winter series of adventure lectures and, since 2002, we have made an annual award to someone going on a trip that excites us and, we hope, excites and inspires others.
